We have a limited number of reduced-fee and financial assistance options available based on availability and eligibility. These appointments are limited and cannot always be guaranteed. We do offer masters level intern counseling sessions for $40 per session. You can always call our office and we can talk through your options.

If you’d like to use insurance, some of our counselors do accept various plans. Call our office at 615-784-9209 or upload your insurance card to our contract form and we can check your benefits for you.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling of regular appointments. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. EMDR Intensives have a separate cancellation policy, and must provide 2 weeks notice, or the full intensive session fee will be charged.

Yes. We encourage clients to schedule recurring appointments when possible. This helps you maintain consistency in your care and ensures you have a regular appointment time reserved with your counselor.

Our counselors have varying schedules and availability. If you don't see an appointment that works for you, please contact our scheduling team so we can explore other options or help you find another counselor who may have availability.

Our office does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. You may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Yes. We require that a parent intake appointment occurs prior to seeing any minor under the age of 16. We strongly encourage parent intakes for minors 16-18.

Yes. Children of divorced or separated parents may receive counseling; however, parental consent requirements can vary depending on the circumstances and applicable legal custody arrangements. If parents share legal decision-making authority, we may require consent from both parents before beginning counseling. We require a copy of the current parenting plan or custody order before scheduling services for a minor of divorced parents.

Our counselors are not certified Custody Evaluators or Expert Witnesses, as defined by the legal system.
